OVERVIEW

The Türkiye Citizenship by Investment Program allows investors to access both the European and Asian markets, as well as gain lifelong citizenship to a country that is in the process of full membership negotiations with the EU.

REQUIREMENT

There are two options of investment for applying Türkish citizenship:

1. Deposit USD 500,000 or equivalent Turkish lira into a Turkish bank account and hold for three years; or

2. Commit more than USD 400,000 or equivalent Turkish lira into real estate and hold it for three years.

PROCESS

Select and purchase real estate property, transferring the ownership and obtaining the title deed.

Step 1

Apply for the conformity certificate & residence permit.

Step 2

Apply for Türkish citizenship and get the passport.
